The Parrs are an ordinary American family... or are they? There are the parents: Helen and Bob. And three children: Violet, Dash and baby Jack-Jack. But they have a big secret: they are really super- heroes, the Incredibles!
Bob Parr is Mr Incredible. He is extremely strong. He can run very fast and see and hear very well.
Helen Parr is Elastigirl. She is very flexible: she's elastic. She can transform into different objects: a parachute, a trampoline, a boat...
The Parrs have a daughter and two sons.
Violet is 14 years old. She is very shy. She can become invisible, and she can create force fields to protect her. She is also very intelligent.
Dash is ten years old. He can run very fast: 300 kilometres per hour! He is very agile and has incredible reflexes. Dash is very different from his sister Violet. He isn't shy at all: he's a show-off!
Jack-Jack: Violet and Dash's little brother is just a baby. His powers are a mystery.
The Incredibles 2 is a new film about the family. In the first film, super-heroes were illegal. Mr Incredible and Elastigirl were just Bob and Helen Parr. But Mr Incredible got a mission. He had problems and his incredible family came to save him.
In the new film, Elastigirl has a dangerous mission.
Bob stays at home with the children. Violet and Dash aren't happy. Jack-Jack is discovering his super-powers.
Soon they have to help Elastigirl defeat the terrible enemy: The Underminer.
The family are helped by their friend Frozone.
